Hi,

I am interested in starting a cob building movement in Romania, eastern Europe. I would like to know if there are any experienced cob builders out here interested in having a cultural exchange in a gorgeous country and and help in making a change by providing the needed know-how.
All expenses will be paid and you will feel at home in a warm environment, discovering the hospitality of the people living here. We own a few land plots and building permits are not required as legislation here is quite flexible. The building materials can be provided quite easy.
The purpose of having someone come here to train is the desire to start with a fairly large number of people taught, so that the social impact can be stronger, as more and more people are interested in healthy and off-the-grid living.
I will provide u with more details if there are any persons interested in joining this project.

Thank you,
Nicolae

Sounds like a great opportunity. I don't know that much about cob beyond what I can read on the internet, but you may want to contact the people at the Yestermorrow Institute as they actually teach cob methods and may be able to put you in contact with some experts and even suggest some recent gradates who could help you with your projects.

I haven't done a cob structure myself, but my guess is what you would be looking for is a young builder or architect who wants global experience. I am not sure if they could help you directly, but they may know some resources, but you should try to contact the people at Architecture for Humanity.
