I just found this when I was looking around for green news stories and thought I would share this image.

I want one... Seriously, I really want one of these. I think my wife would force me to keep it in the garage, but I really really want one of these.

that's funny. I want to make one. I wonder if there are instructions on the web somewhere of how to do this. Anyone?

i'm not sure i've ever seen instructions on how to do this, but it is a great little touch. With new technology in the field of fixtures, this style of urinal mechanism may soon become obsolete meaning there will be many available in salvage stores and junk yards. happy hunting.

Anyone going to Greenbuild this year? I wonder if there will be something like this around this year?

I'll be headed there this year for the first time. I typically stick to the builder's shows but I thought I would put my money where my mouth is and register for Green Build. I will take a pic if I see anything as funny as the urinal lamp.

This is really funny and a great reuse of something that otherwise might end up in a landfill

The irony of it all is that Green is the New Red is a grope dedicated to protecting eco-terrorists. Aren't Green Codes the more sophisticated work of eco-terrorists? Instead of blowing up Hummers and Street of Dreams houses diverting their agenda into areas like building codes?
