I am not sure what you are asking, but I have seen precast panels that are used for foundations. They really aren't blocks as much as they are large concrete panels.

Are you looking for giant blocks? Why would you use them for a foundation? Wouldn't you just use standard CMU. Its lighter, easier to work with and performs very well.
